Ayurveda (6 Nights, 7 Days)

Day 01 Cochin and Kumarakom

On arrival at the "Queen of The Arabian Sea (Cochin)", you will be received at the airport / station. Proceed to Kumarakom which has panoramic backwater stretches, lush paddy fields, highlands and extensive rubber plantations. Check into a beautiful backwater resort on the lake. Start your Ayurvedic treatments. You can opt for a boat ride into the countryside or a visit to the bird sanctuary in between. If you are adventurous, you can indulge in water sports such as wind sailing & water skiing. You can also take a country canoe out into the quiet lake in between treatments. Overnight stay at the resort.

Day 02 Kumarakom

Continue with the treatments. At the same time you can indulge in activities whenever you are free from treatments. Overnight stay at the resort.

Day 03 Thekkady

After breakfast, drive to Periyar (Thekkady). A scenic journey through mist capped mountains, spice plantations and open grasslands lined with spectacular waterfalls and delightful trekking trails form the access to your hideaway here. On arrival, check into hotel. In the evening, take a boat cruise to watch wild animals. Continue with the Ayurvedic treatments. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 04 Thekkady

Continue with the treatments. You can take a leisurely walk along the plantations or take a boat ride in your free time. Overnight stay at the resort.

Day 05 Marari

Leave for Marari, a beautiful location for exploring the marvellous backwaters where the tranquility and the stunning scenery gives the feeling of being transported back in time and leaves one with a superbly relaxing and inspiring experience. Activities here include cycling, beach activities, visit to a fishing village and coir factory. This place also offers a chance to practice yoga, country canoe rides etc. Overnight stay at the resort.

Day 06 Marari

Continue your treatments at the resort.

Day 07 Departure

Transfer to Cochin Railway Station / Airport to connect Train / Flight for your return journey.
