Beach Holidays (13 Nights, 14 Days)
Day 01 Trivandrum and Kovalam
Arrive at Trivandrum. You will be received at the airport / station and transferred to Kovalam, the beach resort of South India, enriched with the Greenery of Coconut Palms and laced with golden sands. On arrival check into the hotel. Rest of the day free to relax or enjoy your day on the beach. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02 Trivandrum and Kovalam
After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing of Trivandrum. This tour will take you to Padmanabhaswamy Temple, the Horse Palace, the magnificent wooden palace constructed by the Travancore Maharajas and now converted into a museum, Zoo, Sri Chitra Art Gallery and Napier museum. Overnight stay at Kovalam. Day 03 Kanyakumari
After breakfast, drive to Kanyakumari, en-route visit Padmanabhapuram Palace, the magnificent wooden palace constructed by the Maharajas of Travancore. Thereafter continue to Kanyakumari, the southern most tip of India. Proceed for sightseeing at the cape, which includes Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Gandhi Memorial, etc. Watch the sunset at Kanyakumari, a magnificent site. Return back to Kovalam and stay overnight at the hotel. Day 04 Kovalam
Continue to relax by the beach at Kovalam.
Day 05 Marari
Leave Kovalam for Marari. En-route stop at Varkala, a seaside resort and spa and an important pilgrimage centre. Visit the Papanasham beach, a 2000-year-old Janardhanaswamy temple and the Nature Care Centre. Stop at Kumarakom, situated on the Vembanad Lake, take a boat ride along the scenic lake. Reach Marari, check into the resort for overnight stay.
Day 06 Marari
Marari offers endless miles of superb sand beaches backed by swaying palms, virgin territory where you can experience the local charm and traditional Kerala hospitality at its best. Spend sometime on the beach relaxing or indulge in the many activities the place has to offer. Overnight stay at the hotel. Day 07 Marari
Continue the stay at Marari.
Day 08 Cochin
In the morning drive to Cochin. On arrival at the "Queen of The Arabian Sea", check into the hotel. Afternoon you are free to relax. In the evening enjoy a Kathakali dance show and sunset tour. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 09 Cochin
After breakfast, proceed for city tour covering Jewish Synagogue-built in 1568 the oldest synagogue in the Commonwealth stands, adorned by hundreds of exquisite hand-painted Chinese tiles in blue and white. St Francis Church, originally built out of wood in 1503 and thus earning fame as the oldest European church in India (Vasco de Gama was buried here). Dutch Palace-As you climb it's stone steps, you enter a different world of Palanquins and heraldry, jewels and rich murals. Walk around on the cobbled streets. You are free for shopping in the evening. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 10 Lakshadweep
Take a flight to Lakshadweep. Lakshadeep is one of the world's most tropical island systems and tucked away at 220-440 kms of the Malabar Coast. The islands offer a precious heritage of ecology and culture. The unique feature of the island is it's coral reef, making it a pristine leisure spot. The underwater view at Lakshadweep is kaleidoscopic and breathtaking. Arrive at Lakshadweep, check into hotel for overnight stay. *
Day 11 Lakshadweep
After breakfast, start the activities that the lagoon has to offer such as swimming, wind surfing, diving, snorkeling and kayaking. Overnight stay at the resort. *
Day 12 Lakshadweep
Continue the activities at Lakshadweep & Overnight stay. *
Day 13 Cochin
Depart Lakshadweep for Cochin. In the evening you are free for shopping in Cochin. Overnight stay at Cochin. Day 14 Departure
Transfer to Cochin Railway Station/Airport to connect Train/Flight for your return journey. *Note: If in any case the flights from Cochin to Lakshadweep are not operating, we will deviate the trip to Goa instead of Lakshadweep.
